Brief Bio
My goal as a psychologist is to help you live a more meaningful, vital and fulfilling life. I provide compassionate and effective therapy that will help you learn new skills and launch you in the direction you want to be moving in your life. I have worked extensively with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, eating concerns and unhealthy habits. I also work well individuals who are going through major life transitions, relationship problems or want to revitalize their lives.

I take a holistic approach drawing from my rigorous background in the science of behavior and my training in acceptance, compassion and mindfulness. I am a specialist in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. ACT is an evidence-based therapy that helps you unhook from unhelpful patterns so that you can live in alignment with your values.

I offer workshops and clinical supervision to professionals and in ACT, DBT, and Appetite Awareness Training, and I am a certified yoga instructor.
