I have over 20 years of experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, relational issues, psychological disabilities, GBLT, diversity & women's concerns. I recognize how crucial it is to differentiate life issues from psychological disorders to ensure appropriate treatment. Initially, I like to complete a thorough assessment to better understand you and your concerns. Then we are able to work together to develop a treatment plan to best meet your individualized needs. As a Psychologist, I utilize a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral interventions.
