Brief Bio
I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, professional issues, and trauma. I particularly enjoy working with clients on relationship challenges, life transitions, confidence/empowerment, and gender and cultural identity issues. My approach is tailored to each client’s needs, integrating psychodynamic, systems, mindfulness, and CBT modalities.
I received my doctorate from The Wright Institute and completed both my pre- and post-doctoral training at UCSB. As a Brazilian native who grew up internationally, I value culture and the richness it brings to our human experience. Intuition, humor, and collaboration are central to my practice, and I am committed to fostering insight-driven, lasting change.
I currently provide virtual sessions, with in-person availability expected by the summer.
