Brief Bio
My clinical expertise focuses on issues related to trauma and loss, spirituality and spiritual abuse, gender and sexuality, relational traumas (e.g., childhood abuse and neglect, interpersonal violence). I provide therapy for Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relational difficulties.
I have a psychodynamic and analytic lens that informs my clinical approach. Additionally, I have an expertise in treating Complex PTSD and Dissociation with the Anchored Relational Model. I also have training and interest in neurology and utilize to empower clients with understanding themselves through this lens. My approach is rooted in honoring each person and supporting them in their goals for therapy.
